[PATCH] merge locate_fd() and get_unused_fd()
New primitive: alloc_fd(start, flags). get_unused_fd() and get_unused_fd_flags() become wrappers on top of it. Signed-off-by: Al Viro <viro@zeniv.linux.org.uk>
