SUNRPC: Fix fall-through warnings for Clang

commit 93f479d3ad05497f29f2bed58e4a6c6a4f0a548c upstream.

In preparation to enable -Wimplicit-fallthrough for Clang, fix multiple
warnings by explicitly adding multiple break statements instead of
letting the code fall through to the next case.
