a18e3690a5 X86: drivers: remove __dev* attributes.
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitconst,
and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

1278998f8f PCI: Work around Stratus ftServer broken PCIe hierarchy (fix DMI check)
Commit 284f5f9 was intended to disable the "only_one_child()" optimization
on Stratus ftServer systems, but its DMI check is wrong. It looks for
DMI_SYS_VENDOR that contains "ftServer", when it should look for
DMI_SYS_VENDOR containing "Stratus" and DMI_PRODUCT_NAME containing
"ftServer".

Tested on Stratus ftServer 6400.

b4873931cc x86/PCI: Allow x86 platforms to use translation offsets
The memory range descriptors in the _CRS control method contain an address
translation offset for host bridges. This value is used to translate
addresses across the bridge. The support to use _TRA values is present for
other architectures but not for X86 platforms.

For existing X86 platforms the _TRA value is zero. Non-zero _TRA values
are expected on future X86 platforms. This change will register that value
with the resource.

1f09b09b4d x86/PCI: Ignore _SEG on HP xw9300
The xw9300 BIOS supplies _SEG methods that are incorrect, which results
in some LSI SCSI devices not being discovered. This adds a quirk to
ignore _SEG on this machine and default to zero.

The xw9300 has three host bridges:

ACPI: PCI Root Bridge [PCI0] (domain 0000 [bus 00-3f])
ACPI: PCI Root Bridge [PCI1] (domain 0001 [bus 40-7f])
ACPI: PCI Root Bridge [PCI2] (domain 0002 [bus 80-ff])

When the BIOS "ACPI Bus Segmentation" option is enabled (as it is by
default), the _SEG methods of the PCI1 and PCI2 bridges return 1 and 2,
respectively. However, the BIOS implementation appears to be incomplete,
and we can't enumerate devices in those domains.

But if we assume PCI1 and PCI2 really lead to buses in domain 0,
everything works fine. Windows XP and Vista also seem to ignore
these _SEG methods.

642c92da36 PCI: Don't pass pci_dev to pci_ext_cfg_avail()
pci_ext_cfg_avail() doesn't use the "struct pci_dev *" passed to
it, and there's no requirement that a host bridge even be represented
by a pci_dev. This drops the pci_ext_cfg_avail() parameter.

37aeec3622 x86/ce4100: Fix PCI configuration register access for devices without interrupts
Some CE4100 devices such as the:

 - DFX module (01:0b.7)
 - entertainment encryption device (01:10.0)
 - multimedia controller (01:12.0)

do not have a device interrupt at all.

This patch fixes the PCI controller code to declare the missing
PCI configuration register space, as well as a fixup method for
forcing the interrupt pin to be 0 for these devices. This is
required to ensure that pci drivers matching on these devices
will be able to honor the various PCI subsystem calls touching
the configuration space.

Remove the __init annotations in order to keep pci_fixup_irqs() around
after init (e.g. for hotplug). This requires the same change for the
implementation of pcibios_update_irq() on all architectures. While at
it, all __devinit annotations are removed as well, since they will be
useless now that HOTPLUG is always on.

8497f69668 PCI: do not call pci_set_power_state with PCI_D3cold
PCI subsystem has not been ready for D3cold support yet. So
PCI_D3cold should not be used as parameter for pci_set_power_state.
This patch is needed for upcoming PCI_D3cold support.

This patch has no functionality change, because pci_set_power_state
will bound the parameter to PCI_D3hot too.

f2fde3a65e Merge branch 'drm-core-next' of git://people.freedesktop.org/~airlied/linux
Pull main drm updates from Dave Airlie:
"This is the main merge window request for the drm.

It's big, but jam packed will lots of features and of course 0
regressions. (okay maybe there'll be one).

  Highlights:

   - new KMS drivers for server GPU chipsets: ast, mgag200 and cirrus
(qemu only). These drivers use the generic modesetting drivers.

   - initial prime/dma-buf support for i915, nouveau, radeon, udl and
     exynos

   - switcheroo audio support: so GPUs with HDMI can turn off the sound
     driver without crashing stuff.

   - There are some patches drifting outside drivers/gpu into x86 and
EFI for better handling of multiple video adapters in Apple Macs,
they've got correct acks except one trivial fixup.

   - Core:
edid parser has better DMT and reduced blanking support,
	crtc properties,
	plane properties,

   - Drivers:
exynos: add 2D core accel support, prime support, hdmi features
intel: more Haswell support, initial Valleyview support, more
hdmi infoframe fixes, update MAINTAINERS for Daniel, lots of
	    cleanups and fixes
radeon: more HDMI audio support, improved GPU lockup recovery
support, remove nested mutexes, less memory copying on PCIE, fix
bus master enable race (kexec), improved fence handling
gma500: cleanups, 1080p support, acpi fixes
nouveau: better nva3 memory reclocking, kepler accel (needs
external firmware rip), async buffer moves on nv84+ hw.

I've some more dma-buf patches that rely on the dma-buf merge for vmap
stuff, and I've a few fixes building up, but I'd decided I'd better
get rid of the main pull sooner rather than later, so the audio guys
  are also unblocked."

68c2c39a76 xen: do not map the same GSI twice in PVHVM guests.
PV on HVM guests map GSIs into event channels. At restore time the
event channels are resumed by restore_pirqs.

Device drivers might try to register the same GSI again through ACPI at
restore time, but the GSI has already been mapped and bound by
restore_pirqs. This patch detects these situations and avoids
mapping the same GSI multiple times.

Without this patch we get:
(XEN) irq.c:2235: dom4: pirq 23 or emuirq 28 already mapped
and waste a pirq.
