Paul E. McKenney 7d0ae8086b rcu: Convert ACCESS_ONCE() to READ_ONCE() and WRITE_ONCE()
This commit moves from the old ACCESS_ONCE() API to the new READ_ONCE()
and WRITE_ONCE() APIs.
