This patch does some quick work to pull some of the data off of the stack and hopefully start storing it in the Tx buffer info section of the Tx ring. Ideally we should be moving away from having to store much of anything on the stack and can just maintain it all in the descriptor rings. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
