J. Bruce Fields 027690c75e nfsd4: make drc_slab global, not per-net
I made every global per-network-namespace instead.  But perhaps doing
that to this slab was a step too far.

The kmem_cache_create call in our net init method also seems to be
responsible for this lockdep warning:
