USB: Remove Huawei unusual_devs entry
Per the Rui Santos and the hardware manufacturers, this actually inhibits useful parts of the hardware. The correct way to use this hardware is with the software at http://www.kanoistika.sk/bobovsky/archiv/umts/ and the manufacturers are also planning on including Linux drivers/material in future revisions.
