[AVR32] ATSTK1000: Move gpio-leds setup to setup.c
There may be other boards than STK1002 that want to use the leds on STK1000. Move it to stk1000 common code to make it easier to reuse. Signed-off-by: Haavard Skinnemoen <hskinnemoen@atmel.com>
