192368372d bridge: Use vlan_vid_[add/del] instead of direct ndo_vlan_rx_[add/kill]_vid calls
We should use wrapper functions vlan_vid_[add/del] instead of
ndo_vlan_rx_[add/kill]_vid. Otherwise, we might be not able to communicate
using vlan interface in a certain situation.

Example of problematic case:
  vconfig add eth0 10
  brctl addif br0 eth0
bridge vlan add dev eth0 vid 10
bridge vlan del dev eth0 vid 10
  brctl delif br0 eth0
In this case, we cannot communicate via eth0.10 because vlan 10 is
filtered by NIC that has the vlan filtering feature.

dfb5fa32c6 bridge: Fix updating FDB entries when the PVID is applied
We currently set the value that variable vid is pointing, which will be
used in FDB later, to 0 at br_allowed_ingress() when we receive untagged
or priority-tagged frames, even though the PVID is valid.
This leads to FDB updates in such a wrong way that they are learned with
VID 0.
Update the value to that of PVID if the PVID is applied.

b90356ce17 bridge: Apply the PVID to priority-tagged frames
IEEE 802.1Q says that when we receive priority-tagged (VID 0) frames
use the PVID for the port as its VID.
(See IEEE 802.1Q-2011 6.9.1 and Table 9-2)

Apply the PVID to not only untagged frames but also priority-tagged frames.

8adff41c3d bridge: Don't use VID 0 and 4095 in vlan filtering
IEEE 802.1Q says that:
- VID 0 shall not be configured as a PVID, or configured in any Filtering
Database entry.
- VID 4095 shall not be configured as a PVID, or transmitted in a tag
header. This VID value may be used to indicate a wildcard match for the VID
in management operations or Filtering Database entries.
(See IEEE 802.1Q-2011 6.9.1 and Table 9-2)

Don't accept adding these VIDs in the vlan_filtering implementation.

ef40b7ef18 bridge: Use the correct bit length for bitmap functions in the VLAN code
The VLAN code needs to know the length of the per-port VLAN bitmap to
perform its most basic operations (retrieving VLAN informations, removing
VLANs, forwarding database manipulation, etc). Unfortunately, in the
current implementation we are using a macro that indicates the bitmap
size in longs in places where the size in bits is expected, which in
some cases can cause what appear to be random failures.
Use the correct macro.

86a9bad3ab net: vlan: add protocol argument to packet tagging functions
Add a protocol argument to the VLAN packet tagging functions. In case of HW
tagging, we need that protocol available in the ndo_start_xmit functions,
so it is stored in a new field in the skb. The new field fits into a hole
(on 64 bit) and doesn't increase the sks's size.

Rename the hardware VLAN acceleration features to include "CTAG" to indicate
that they only support CTAGs. Follow up patches will introduce 802.1ad
server provider tagging (STAGs) and require the distinction for hardware not
supporting acclerating both.

35e03f3a02 bridge: Separate egress policy bitmap
Add an ability to configure a separate "untagged" egress
policy to the VLAN information of the bridge. This superseeds PVID
policy and makes PVID ingress-only. The policy is configured with a
new flag and is represented as a port bitmap per vlan. Egress frames
with a VLAN id in "untagged" policy bitmap would egress
the port without VLAN header.

bc9a25d21e bridge: Add vlan support for local fdb entries
When VLAN is added to the port, a local fdb entry for that port
(the entry with the mac address of the port) is added for that
VLAN. This way we can correctly determine if the traffic
is for the bridge itself. If the address of the port changes,
we try to change all the local fdb entries we have for that port.

243a2e63f5 bridge: Add vlan filtering infrastructure
Adds an optional infrustructure component to bridge that would allow
native vlan filtering in the bridge. Each bridge port (as well
as the bridge device) now get a VLAN bitmap. Each bit in the bitmap
is associated with a vlan id. This way if the bit corresponding to
the vid is set in the bitmap that the packet with vid is allowed to
enter and exit the port.

Write access the bitmap is protected by RTNL and read access
protected by RCU.

Vlan functionality is disabled by default.
