922a70d327 aout: move STACK_TOP[_MAX] to asm/processor.h
Move STACK_TOP[_MAX] out of asm/a.out.h and into asm/processor.h as they're
required whether or not A.OUT format is available.

b111757c50 arch: personality independent stack top
New arch macro STACK_TOP_MAX it gives the larges valid stack address for the
architecture in question.

It differs from STACK_TOP in that it will not distinguish between
personalities but will always return the largest possible address.

This is used to create the initial stack on execve, which we will move down to
the proper location once the binfmt code has figured out where that is.

d61e16df94 [SPARC64]: Increase top of 32-bit process stack.
Put it one page below the top of the 32-bit address space.
This gives us ~16MB more address space to work with.

8bcd174116 [SPARC64]: Do not allow mapping pages within 4GB of 64-bit VA hole.
The UltraSPARC T1 manual recommends this because the chip
could instruction prefetch into the VA hole, and this would
also make decoding certain kinds of memory access traps
more difficult (because the chip sign extends certain pieces
of trap state).

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
