Serge E. Hallyn a28d193cbf [PATCH] ipcns: fix !CONFIG_IPC_NS behavior ... When CONFIG_IPC_NS=n, clone(CLONE_NEWIPC) claims success, but did not actually clone a new IPC namespace.
